		<description>Hi Michelle...I love your writing and you should be doing this more. Yea I know, you just have to find the time. Only two things in this life are certain. One is that everything changes and the other is that everything ends. Plain and simple. Those who adapt to the change, no matter how hard it is will go on. Those who don&#039;t fall by the wayside. A couple of things to think about. The late Randy Pausch (The Last Lecture) told us that brick walls aren&#039;t there to stop us but to see how bad we really want something. And Seth Godin said that persistence is not doing the same thing over and over but that it&#039;s having the same goal over and over. It does get crazy but in the scheme of things, you&#039;re doing pretty good. Just keep running and write more. It&#039;s a talent that I&#039;m not sure you realize how good you really are. Good luck and lace up the shoes!</description>
